Put the PC and camera on the same network
Plug the camera into your router or switch, or join it to your Wi-Fi with the maker's app. A camera plugged into the back of an NVR sits on the recorder's private network, so connect it to the router instead.

Make sure ONVIF is on

Install camera software on the PC
