What you need
The kit, plainly.
One camera per lane with a clear view of plates, infrared for night, and a Windows PC with a graphics card for the recognition.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included

Does it read trailer plates as well as tractors?
It reads the plates it can see. A camera positioned for the front of the vehicle reads the front plate; cover both ends with two cameras if you need both.
What about plates from other countries?
VISEC reads plates from more than 80% of the countries on earth. Test yours on the free one camera license first.
Can it alert on a vehicle with no plate?
Yes. VISEC can flag a vehicle where no plate is read, which at a gate is usually the thing you want to look at.
