What you need
The kit, plainly.
Cameras with infrared for the dark, network to reach them, and a Windows PC. Cameras on another part of the holding can be added by address rather than by scan.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included

Will it alert on a vehicle with no plate?
Yes. VISEC can flag a vehicle where no plate is read, which on a private track is often the thing worth knowing.
Can I add a camera in another building?
Yes. If it is reachable over the network or an external address, add it by address instead of by scan; a lighter stream profile helps over a slow link.
What does it need to run?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, 8 GB of memory, and a graphics card with 4 GB for the AI features. Without a card it uses the processor.
