For offices, business parks and managed buildings
The lobby, the barrier and the back doors.
An office building is quiet for sixteen hours a day, and almost everything worth recording happens at an entrance.

The situation
A laptop goes missing from a hot desk. Somebody parks in a reserved bay every morning. A contractor is let in through a service door and nobody logged it. The building has a reception desk for a third of the day and nothing for the rest of it.
What VISEC does about it.
- Plates at the barrierEach vehicle logged in and out by plate and time, so a reserved bay or an unfamiliar car stops being an argument.
- The lobby and the liftsMotion recording where everybody passes, which is where most questions end up being answered.
- Service and fire doorsThe doors that get propped open, with an alert out of hours.
- QR entry for a contractorA QR code read by a camera can release a door or a barrier where the camera has output terminals, through ONVIF or Axis camera I/O.
What you need
The kit, plainly.
A plate camera at the barrier, cameras on the lobby, the lift lobby and each service door, and a PC in a comms room. Views can be spread over several monitors at a reception desk.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included
Questions
Before you set it up.
Can it open the barrier for staff vehicles?
Yes, for a recognised plate, where the camera has output terminals.
Can reception see the cameras without full access?
Yes. Give that account only the cameras it needs and none of the settings.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. One camera is free for life and more cameras are a one-time purchase.
