For factories and manufacturing sites

Goods in, goods out, and the floor in between.

On a manufacturing site the camera questions are nearly always about the two ends - what arrived and what left - plus a handful of places on the floor where something expensive happens.

The situation

A pallet is signed for that nobody can find. A machine is damaged on a night shift. A vehicle leaves the yard at a time that does not match the paperwork. The site is large, the shifts overlap, and nobody was watching any of it live.

What VISEC does about it.

  • Plates on every delivery and collectionThe yard entrance logs plate and time, so the gate record matches the paperwork.
  • Goods in and goods outMotion recording on both doors, which is where stock discrepancies are settled.
  • The production floorViews over the lines and any high-value machine, useful for a damage report as well as security.
  • Alerts out of hoursA motion event emails a snapshot when the site should be empty.
What you need

The kit, plainly.

A plate camera at the yard entrance, cameras on both goods doors, wide views over the floor, and a PC that stays on. Analog cameras already installed can join through a video server.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included
