The situation
A vehicle comes back with damage nobody reported. Fuel figures do not match the run sheet. A vehicle leaves the yard outside its scheduled hours. The yard is dark, large, and busy at exactly the times nobody is in the office.

What you need
The kit, plainly.
A plate camera at the gate at a flat angle with infrared beside the lens, a camera on the fuel point, and wide views over the yard. An Nvidia GPU if the gate is busy or multi-lane.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included
Questions
Before you set it up.
Will it read a plate on a large vehicle?
Plate reading depends on the camera seeing the plate squarely at a usable size, which is a lens and placement question rather than a vehicle-size one. The free one camera license lets you confirm it on your own gate.
Can readings be matched against our fleet list?
Yes. Readings can be passed to a third-party or remote database for matching.
Does it work at speed?
Plates are read at over 100 kph, which is well beyond anything entering a depot.
