Sites are a known target and the losses are not small: cable, tools, diesel, a compactor on a trailer. Deliveries also get disputed — what arrived, when, and whether the load matched the ticket.

What you need
The kit, plainly.
Cameras with infrared, power and network in the cabin, and a Windows PC. Cameras at the far end of a compound can be added by address over a link rather than needing a cable run. What a licence, a landlord or an insurer requires of a camera system is set locally and changes — check what applies to you rather than taking a software website's word for it.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory. The installer is about 30 MB and roughly 200 MB once installed. For the AI features a graphics card with 4 GB and DirectX 12 is recommended, preferably Nvidia; without one VISEC uses the processor. Everything included
Questions
Before you set it up.
Will it work with no internet on site?
Yes for recording and alerts on the local network. Email alerts and remote viewing need a connection.
Can it flag a vehicle with no plate?
Yes. On a controlled gate that is usually the thing you most want to know about.
What about dust and weather?
That is the camera's rating rather than the software. Keep the lens clean — a dirty lens costs more detail than any setting.
