Menu names move around between firmware versions, so treat these as the place to look rather than an exact path.

Sign in to the camera
Open its address in a browser and sign in as the administrator, setting a password if it is new.

Confirm ONVIF is on
Look under the network or system settings for the ONVIF service.

Set a standard stream
H.264 or H.265 at the resolution you want to record.

Press scan, pick the camera and sign in.
