Swann's wired IP cameras and NVRs commonly expose an RTSP stream, and some models add ONVIF. The consumer Wi-Fi cameras that pair only with the Swann app generally offer neither.

If the camera does not appear.
Menu names move around between firmware versions, so treat these as the place to look rather than an exact path.

Confirm the model first
Check your model on Swann's own specifications or manual for RTSP or ONVIF. This is the step that decides whether the rest is possible.

Sign in to the camera or NVR
Open its address in a browser and sign in as admin.

Enable ONVIF or note the RTSP path
Where ONVIF exists, switch it on. Where only RTSP is offered, the manual gives the stream path for your model.

Add it in VISEC
Press scan for ONVIF cameras, or add the camera by address for an RTSP-only model.
