If the camera does not appear.
Menu names move around between firmware versions, so treat these as the place to look rather than an exact path.

Set the camera password
Bosch cameras require a password to be set on first use. Until that is done the camera will refuse connections.

Check the ONVIF service
ONVIF is on by default on current firmware. In the camera's configuration, confirm the service and its port are enabled.

Press scan and sign in with the camera's service or user account.

Wire the outputs if you need them
For gates and doors, connect the relay output terminals to the device you want to operate, then choose that action in VISEC.
