Sign in to the camera
Open its address in a browser and sign in with the administrator account.

Check the ONVIF service
Look in the network or system settings and confirm ONVIF is enabled.

Set the stream to a standard codec
H.264 or H.265 rather than anything proprietary, so any software can read it.

Scan from VISEC
Press scan, choose the camera and enter its user name and password.
Once it is connected.
